Kia ora Tatou!
Last week the students of room rua tekau ma tahi (21) signed their very own class treaty. After reading ‘The Tree Hut Treaty’ by Wiremu Grace and being Waitangi Day last Monday this inspired us to create a set of expectations that would govern our learning/class for 2017.
As a class we talked about rules and what a promise means. Our class treaty is now displayed in the classroom with pride for all to see.
